Aloo Matar

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:
250g potatoes. (Boiled and cut into cubes)
100g peas
Butter Masala paste
Kasuri methi
Cream

Direction:

- In a pot add butter masala paste, ½ cup water and simmer

- Add the potatoes and peas, kasuri methi & 1 tbs cream. Mix well

- Simmer till veggies are cooked through.

- Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve with jeera rice or parathas.
