Egg Masala

Serves 4

Ingredient:
8 Eggs (boiled)
1 Butter Masala Paste
Fresh Cream
Kasuri Methi
Coriander

Directions: 

- In a pan, add oil and tandoori powder.

- Fry eggs in it till it gets a light crust, set aside

- In a kadhai, add butter masala paste with half cup water and bring it to a simmer.

- Add cream, eggs, kasuri methi & knob of butter.

- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with parathas or rice
