Chickpea & Potato Malaikari

Serves 4

Ingredients:
- 1cup chickpeas
- 2 potatoes (boiled and cut in cubes)
- 1 green chilli
- 1 packet Tulua's Malaikari pasts
- Mustard oil (Use vegetable oil if you don't have mustard oil)

Direction:

1. Boil 1 cup chickpeas until soft. Reserve the cooking water.

2. In a pan add mustard oil & smoke it. Reduce heat and wait for the oil to cool down slightly. Add 1 green chilli, boiled potatoes and saute.

3. Add Chickpeas, ½ cup reserved water and Malaikari paste.

4. Add more water if necessary. Simmer and serve.
