Paneer Butter Masala (Short Version)

- 1 packet Butter Masala
- 450g Paneer (Cut in cubes)
- Butter
- 1tbs Fresh cream
- Kasuri methi
- Vegetable oil

- In a pan, heat some vegetable oil and shallow fry the paneer until firm.

- In a fresh pan, add 1 packet of butter masala paste and 1/2 cup water.

- Add paneer cubes bring it to a simmer.

- Add fresh cream and mix well. (Add more water if necessary)

- Finish with a knob of butter & kasuri methi.

- Garnish with thinned cream & serve with rice, naan or rotis.
