- Empty contents of packet into a saucepan
- For sukha add knob of butter + ½ cup water, for gravy add yoghurt thinned with water
- Add 500g of vegetable/paneer/meat and simmer until cooked. Add more water as necessary.
- Season and serve
- Add coconut milk to ghee roast base and simmer
- Add fish, vegetable or legume to base and cook through
- Finish with coriander or fried curry leave
- Serve with rice or bread
